Questions.

How does a Matterport 3D virtual tour help our showroom or event venue?

An immersive 3D virtual scan builds massive trust. Event planners, brides, corporate clients and contractors can explore your floor plan, measure spaces for tables or displays, and get a feel for the ambiance without having to drive to the location. It filters out unqualified leads and drastically speeds up your booking and sales process — and we can publish it as a Google Street View “See Inside” tour on your Google Business Profile.

How long does it take to 3D scan a large showroom or warehouse?

Our professional Matterport 3D cameras are fast and accurate. For a standard commercial space under 5,000 sq. ft., the scan takes just 1 to 2 hours. For massive event venues, industrial spaces, or multi-level showrooms, we scale our time to capture every inch flawlessly, delivering the final interactive link within 24 to 48 hours.

Showrooms often have tricky lighting. Can you make our kitchen cabinets look bright and spacious?

Yes. Showrooms and retail spaces often have mixed, challenging lighting. We use advanced “Flambient” (flash plus ambient) lighting techniques to ensure your kitchen cabinets, furniture, and interior displays look bright, color-accurate, and incredibly spacious on camera.

Will you travel to the job site to photograph our products after they are installed?

Absolutely. While we are a dedicated local team headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL, we regularly travel across the Northwest Suburbs, West Suburbs, and Greater Chicagoland area to capture your products “in-situ” at active construction sites or finished luxury homes.

We sell building materials to contractors, not homeowners. Can you tailor a promotional video for B2B sales?

Absolutely. A video meant for a homeowner focuses on emotion, but a B2B video for a developer or general contractor needs to focus on durability, installation speed, and ROI. Whether you manufacture custom windows or supply heavy masonry, our commercial video production focuses on the technical precision and scale of your operation to give your sales team the exact visual pitch deck they need to close massive commercial contracts.

Our products are built in a workshop but installed in luxury homes. Can you film in multiple locations?

Yes! The most powerful way to sell a custom building product is to show the entire journey. We regularly schedule multi-location shoots across the Chicagoland area. We can spend the morning filming the gritty, sparks-flying manufacturing process at your facility, and the afternoon capturing the flawless, installed product inside a luxury North Shore estate. This proves your end-to-end expertise to your clients — and it pairs perfectly with crew-in-action installation videos.

Will filming the installation process slow down our crew on the job site?

Not at all. We are highly experienced in commercial construction and trade environments. We wear proper safety gear and capture cinematic “crew-in-action” video without ever disrupting your timeline or getting in the way of the installation.

Is there a limit on photos, and do we get full usage rights for our catalogs?

We don’t believe in strict photo limits that force you to leave great angles behind. Whether you need photos of a few custom windows or an entire commercial building facade, our pricing scales simply based on the time and scope of the project. And you receive 100% unlimited usage rights for everything we create — use it in print brochures, B2B pitch decks, your website, and social media forever without any hidden licensing fees.
