Restoring Chicago’s St. Boniface Church into Noble Square’s Hottest New Condos
We recently had the opportunity to go behind-the-scenes of one of Chicago’s most unique and highly-anticipated condo conversion projects – the transformation of the historic St. Boniface church in Noble Square into stunning upscale residences.
Our team collaborated with real estate agent Lisa Petrik to create a video showcasing the property before construction begins. Lisa has been closely following the development and even has her eye on possibly purchasing one of these one-of-a-kind units once available!
Preserving a Piece of Chicago History
Built in 1904 and designed by renowned Chicago architect Henry Schlacks, the St. Boniface church served the parish for over a century until closing its doors in the 1990s. The developers are working to preserved the core interior architectural elements like the vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and brick façade.
Our video captures the current state of the church prior to the renovation, giving a glimpse at the amazing bones and character that will be incorporated into the new luxury condos. Walking through the nave, it was easy to envision how this divine space will be repurposed into sophisticated living spaces.
The Developer’s Vision
To learn all the details about the conversion plans, we interviewed the builders and development team spearheading the St. Boniface project. They shared insights into their mission of honoring the building’s rich history while introducing high-end modern design and amenities.
Having this direct access to the developers allowed us to ask in-depth questions and get the full story behind their vision that will be invaluable for marketing these one-of-a-kind properties.
