A homeowner in Bensenville, IL hired us to document their beautifully renovated house…before it was slated for demolition to make way for new development in the area.

This wasn’t just any regular home listing photo shoot. The owners had put their blood, sweat, and tears into transforming a dilapidated property into their dream living space through an extensive remodel. Every detail from the modern kitchen to the upscale bathrooms was a labor of love.
However, the entire neighborhood block was purchased by the city to allow for forthcoming investment projects. So while the renovations gave this home a whole new life, its days were unfortunately numbered.
